At My Jewel Lounge, we believe every piece of jewelry should arrive as beautiful and flawless as you imagined.

Shipping 🚚

Customized jewelry can take up to 10–20 business days to create, as we carefully craft each piece to perfection. That said, we often ship sooner when possible. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns ♻️

We gladly accept returns on non-customized jewelry within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Warranty 📝

All items are backed by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery. If your jewelry arrives damaged or experiences a defect within that period, please contact us—we’ll make it right.
